Commercial Inspections are
generally similar to home inspections in that we try to give you all
the information that is available from the visible components to make
an informed purchasing decision about the property. Since the amount
of time to do the inspection is a direct result of the size and use
of the building, a lot of our clients prefer to meet the inspector
at or near the end of the inspection process and receive an on site
review of major concerns.
Our inspections are limited to identify the existing
condition of the following readily visible building components:
- Structure
- Electrical System
- Heating System
- Air-conditioning Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- Roofing System
- Ventilation System
- Exterior Components
- Interior Components
- Fire Protection Systems
- Elevators
The assessment meets or exceeds most recognized
Property Condition Assessments.
The report provides recommendations, preliminary cost estimates and
priorities for:
- Remedying major deficiencies,
- Updating ageing major components, and
- Undertaking further detailed investigations.
